Hosted remote support
For Mac devices, AnyDesk Host provides unattended remote access where required. Designed for contracted customers, ongoing support needs, and devices that may need repeat access. It installs on your computer and allows secure, password-protected remote access.

How does remote IT support work?+
You click the download link for your computer, run the small AnyDesk client, and a Glue IT technician connects securely to your screen to fix the problem. Nothing is installed permanently for a one-off session.
Do I have to be on a support contract?+
No. We help both contract customers and casual break-fix callers. Contract customers get ongoing and unattended support on approved devices; everyone else is welcome on a pay-as-you-go basis.
What does casual break-fix support cost?+
Break-fix remote support is charged on a timed rate. Call 1300 458 348 or ask us to confirm the current rate before we start, so there are no surprises.
Is remote access secure?+
Yes. Sessions are encrypted and, for one-off help, attended: you can see everything the technician does and the connection ends when the session does. Unattended access is only ever set up with your approval.
Can you support both Windows and Mac?+
Both. We support Windows PCs and Apple Macs, for one-off issues and for ongoing managed devices.
