Business nbn - common questions
What makes a plan a business nbn plan?
Same nbn™ network and same pricing, set up for business: static IP at no extra cost, an optional enhanced SLA, and priority local support with the service configured and monitored for you.
Can I keep my number and email if I switch?
Yes - your number is handled separately and we port it cleanly. Email on an old provider's domain should move to your own domain or Microsoft 365 first, which we sort as part of the changeover.
What happens during the changeover?
We line up the new service before touching the old one, usually a short window on cut-over day. Uptime-critical sites can be staged so you're never fully offline.
Do you install it, or post me a box?
We install it. A local Penrith tech provisions the service, configures the router and tests it end to end before leaving - no envelope with a SIM and a leaflet.
What if my address can't get fixed-line fibre?
