Venue IT & security - common questions
Do we have to change POS or gaming vendors to use you?
No. We manage the network and cabling your systems run on, and deal with your vendor's support line when their side breaks. Keep the vendors that work.
Can you take over just the internet or just the security first?
Yes - most venues start where it hurts: internet and network for EFTPOS dropouts, CCTV and compliance ahead of a licence inspection. The rest follows when you're ready.
Do you work on gaming machine networks?
We work on the venue network and cabling your gaming infrastructure depends on, done to standard and segmented. The machines and monitoring stay with your licensed gaming tech.
What does CCTV for a licensed venue need to cover?
Your liquor licence conditions set the terms - entries, exits, bars and problem areas, retention periods, and vision that works when police or L&GNSW ask. We design to your conditions and coordinate licensed installers where required.
What does the venue package cost?
Quoted per venue after the walk-through - a one-bar bowlo and a three-floor club with a gaming room aren't the same job. Written, itemised, billed monthly, no lock-in.
Which areas do you service?
