Critical Information Summaries

A Critical Information Summary (CIS) is a short, plain-English summary of a plan - what the service is, what it costs, other key information, and how to get help or complain - required by the Telecommunications Consumer Protections (TCP) Code C628. A CIS is a summary only and doesn't replace the full terms of your agreement.

Provided by Glue IT, a registered business name of Graham Peter Hand (ABN 69 317 210 850, registered for GST), 303 High St, Penrith NSW 2750. Effective 5 July 2026.

All plans on this page are month to month - no lock-in and no early-termination fee. The exception is EFM (Ethernet First Mile / business Ethernet) services, which are supplied on a fixed contract term; the term and any early-termination charge for an EFM service are set out in that service's own order, quote and CIS.

nbn™ internet - fibre & fixed wireless plans

A CIS applies to each plan below. Because every nbn plan shares the same terms and differs only in speed and price, the plans are summarised in one table with the common CIS information underneath. Full plan detail is on the NBN plans page.

Common CIS information - all nbn plans

1. Information about the service

Unlimited-data broadband internet for residential and business customers, delivered over the nbn™ network (fibre or fixed wireless, as shown per plan). nbn carriage is supplied to Glue IT by its wholesale aggregator Managed Networks. Each plan is sold as a standalone service - you don't have to buy any other Glue IT service to get it. Minimum term: month to month - no lock-in.

2. Information about pricing

  • Minimum monthly charge: as shown per plan in the table above (GST inclusive).
  • Minimum total cost: as plans are month to month, the minimum total cost is one month's minimum charge, plus any setup charge shown on your quote.
  • Setup / activation / connection charge: shown on your quote before you order (no standard setup fee applies).
  • Modem / hardware charge: shown on your order or quote.
  • Maximum early-termination charge: none - plans are month to month.
  • No excess-usage charges apply - data is unlimited.

3. Other information

  • Data allowance: unlimited on all plans - no excess-data charges.
  • Typical busy-period (evening) speeds are shown per plan and are typical, not guaranteed - actual speeds depend on your nbn access technology, in-premises wiring and equipment, and network congestion.
  • Availability and maximum attainable speed depend on the nbn infrastructure at your address.
  • Billing: billed monthly by direct debit (or card as arranged) - recurring charges are billed monthly, and any usage charges the following month. No fixed late-payment fee applies; overdue accounts follow a fair process with notice.
  • Service levels: Glue IT does not offer a guaranteed service level - we manage faults promptly, but carrier fault-repair timeframes are partly outside our control.

Voice & VoIP (Access4 / Broadsoft)

Representative summaries - a CIS applies to each channel plan (1-channel $19.95/mo, 4-channel $39.95/mo, 10-channel $70/mo) and to hosted PBX extensions.

VoIP Channels - 4-channel plan

1. Information about the service

Business VoIP (SIP) service providing 4 concurrent call paths, delivered over the internet on the Access4 / Broadsoft platform. Number porting from your existing provider is available.

Sold as a standalone service; commonly used with a Glue IT internet service. A working internet connection is required (not included in this charge).

Data allowance: Not applicable (voice service). Calls are charged per your selected call plan (PAYG or Unlimited).

  • Service quality depends on your internet connection and local network.
  • Not a standard fixed-line service - battery/power failure at your premises will interrupt calls. Consider a mobile backup for emergency (000) calls.
  • Glue IT does not offer Priority Assistance. If you need a guaranteed rapid-repair phone service because of a life-threatening medical condition, use a provider that offers Priority Assistance - do not rely on a VoIP service.

Cloud-hosted PBX phone system on the Access4 / Broadsoft platform, priced per extension (user seat) with a handset or softphone, plus number porting from your existing provider.

Representative summary - a CIS applies to each mobile plan tier from $25/mo (5GB) to $85/mo (180GB).

Business Mobile - $25 plan (5GB)

1. Information about the service

Post-paid business mobile service with 5GB of monthly data, carried on the Telstra 4G/5G mobile network. Plans range from $25/mo (5GB) up to $85/mo (180GB).

  • Actual mobile speeds vary with device, location and network conditions and are not guaranteed.
