1. Information about the service
Business VoIP (SIP) service providing 4 concurrent call paths, delivered over the internet on the Access4 / Broadsoft platform. Number porting from your existing provider is available.

- Sold as a standalone service; commonly used with a Glue IT internet service. A working internet connection is required (not included in this charge).

- One month's minimum charge (plans are month to month), plus any setup charge shown on your quote

- Shown on your quote before you order (no standard setup fee applies)
- Maximum early-termination charge
- None - plans are month to month
- Other channel plans: 1-channel $19.95/mo, 10-channel $70/mo
- Call plans: PAYG calls at our published call rates, or Unlimited $70 per channel per month
- DID phone numbers: single $6, block of 10 $30, block of 100 $70
- Handsets / hardware: shown on your order or quote
3. Other information
Data allowance: Not applicable (voice service). Calls are charged per your selected call plan (PAYG or Unlimited).
- Service quality depends on your internet connection and local network.
- Not a standard fixed-line service - battery/power failure at your premises will interrupt calls. Consider a mobile backup for emergency (000) calls.
- Glue IT does not offer Priority Assistance. If you need a guaranteed rapid-repair phone service because of a life-threatening medical condition, use a provider that offers Priority Assistance - do not rely on a VoIP service.
