Depending on your dealings with us, we may collect: your name and contact details; your service and installation address; billing and payment details; identity information needed for service or credit checks; and technical information about your service (such as connection and usage data needed to support it).

We use your personal information to provide, connect, bill and support your services; to respond to your enquiries; to meet our legal and industry obligations (including telecommunications record-keeping and law enforcement requests); and to improve our services. Where you've consented, we may also contact you about products and offers - you can opt out of marketing at any time.

Usually directly from you - when you enquire, sign up, or contact support. We may also receive information from carriers and wholesalers to provision and support your service (for example nbn™ carriage via Managed Networks, and Access4 / Broadsoft for voice), and from credit-reporting bodies where a credit check is relevant.

We only disclose your information where needed to deliver your service or where required by law. We use trusted providers to run our business, including our carriers (Managed Networks, Access4, Telstra), our payments provider (Pay Advantage) and our CRM and email/notification tools. Some of these may store or process data outside Australia; we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles. We do not sell your personal information.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access - including access controls and encryption of sensitive data - and we hold it only as long as we need it or the law requires.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it. Contact us (below) and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
