What does managed IT support cost?
From $89/user per month. The exact figure is priced per seat, based on what you run, and quoted in writing after a free IT review - never a teaser rate.
Are there lock-in contracts?
No - everything is month-to-month. The exceptions are EFM and some optional extras like an enhanced SLA, both flagged clearly before you commit.
Do prices include GST?
Yes - every published price includes GST, so what you see is what lands on the bill.
Will my price creep up after a few months?
No honeymoon pricing. You sign up at the plan's real price, and because it's month-to-month, we can't hide a rise behind a contract.
How do quotes work for bigger jobs?
Cabling, fit-outs, security and managed IT start with us looking at the actual job. You get a written quote before any work begins, and that's what you pay.
