Remote IT Support for Business and Home Users
We make remote support simple. If you are experiencing computer issues, software problems, or need technical assistance, Glue IT can connect securely to your device and provide support without the need for an on-site visit.
Support is available for both existing support customers and casual break-fix enquiries.
Contract Customers
Contract customers can access ongoing remote support for approved devices and systems. This includes attended and unattended remote access options where applicable.
Non-Contract Customers
Support is also available for non-contract customers on a break-fix basis.
Break-fix support rate: $90 per hour, charged on a timed rate basis.

This option is ideal for:
- One-time support sessions

- Users who need attended remote assistance

Hosted Remote Support
For Mac devices, AnyDesk Host can be used to provide unattended remote access where required.
This option is designed for:

This software installs on your computer and allows secure remote access using password authentication.
